When problems arise, we are there to support clients with troubleshooting, mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration, whether domestic or international.
Our lawyers cover all aspects of construction and engineering law, including: commercial contracts and warranties, dispute resolution and litigation, health and safety, PFI/PPP projects, energy, technology, intellectual property. Our team also has strengths in a number of key sectors such as cultural institutions, hotels and leisure, and PFI/PPP projects among others.
