About

I specialise in Construction, Engineering and PFI/PPP.

I have over 30 years’ experience as a Construction, Engineering and Project Lawyer. I have particular experience in the Middle East, having been a resident construction lawyer in Abu Dhabi for a number of years. I was an in-house legal advisor to Trafalgar House Construction Ltd in the early 90’s, long before the advent of adjudication.

I specialise in complex project work, especially in the PFI/PPP market, international, arbitration, construction adjudication and various forms of alternative dispute resolution. I act for Investment Funds, Contractors, Developers, and Professionals in the UK and further afield.

I sit as a judge on the Construction Excellence Awards Panel. I am also a member of TeCSA and the Society of Construction Law.
