The Fladgate team has assisted Otium with their £200m leisure fund in real estate for over 6 years, advising on a number of acquisitions and disposals. The transactions we advised on are significant due to the return they achieved for their investors. The aggregate contribution of these transactions and the sale of the majority of Otium’s assets out of Fund 1 have generated a good return and allowed the business to progress into Fund 2.
