About

I am a specialist property litigator, who helps clients to resolve their disputes quickly and cost effectively. I advise residential and commercial property investors, developers, tenants and individual on a wide range of property disputes.

I specialise in all aspects of property litigation, and my day to day work includes advising on matters such as service charge issues, enforcement of covenants, insolvency-related issues and leasehold enfranchisement. I have recently worked on disputes under the new telecoms code, and also have considerable experience of assisting with commercial landlord and tenant disputes, such as those involving the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 (acting both for tenants and landlords). I appreciate that contentious situations can be stressful and time-consuming for everyone involved. Where possible I aim to resolve disputes without the need for court proceedings.

When I'm not working I am a keen runner, cyclist and swimmer (and occasional triathlete).
