About

I specialise in acting for high net worth individuals and companies dealing with many aspects of residential property matters.

I am an Associate in the Residential Property department, having joined Fladgate in September 2023 and qualified as a solicitor in 2018. I work on a range of residential property matters including buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages and transfers of equity as well as voluntary lease extensions and deeds of variation, mainly involving Prime London. I also have extensive experience acting for both banks and borrowers in secured lending transactions.

Over the years, I have acted for a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, high net worth individuals, developers, international clients and a variety of lenders. I am client-focussed and aim to be both proactive and pragmatic in my approach, achieving success for my clients in their objectives in real estate matters.
