We are experts in EPC, renewables, culture and heritage, sports stadia, education, health care, student accommodation, modular construction, logistical distribution facilities, infrastructure, hospitality and leisure.

We have advised on long term, landmark regeneration projects such as the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station, Wembley Park, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and 9 Elms. Our construction team has a long history of involvement in major infrastructure and energy projects such as HS2 and Hinkley Point. We are proud to be highly rated for our work on PFI projects.

We have vast experience in real estate finance acting for both funders and developers. We are currently advising a number of clients in relation to the remediation of non-ACM cladding systems and the Building Safety Fund, set up as part of the industry’s response to the Grenfell tragedy.

Our construction lawyers sit on or are associated with various industry bodies, such as the Construction Industry Council Liability Panel, SECBE, the Society of Construction Law and the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association We are at the forefront of construction know how, helping to shape the dialogue around issues such as the new Building Safety Act, Insurance and EWS1 assessments post-Grenfell, BIM and the digital environment. A number of us have worked in-house or have started our careers as construction professionals before switching to the law.
