We are a dedicated domestic and international construction & engineering disputes team
Our specialist construction team represent clients engaged across a diverse range of domestic and international engineering projects. We cover multiple sectors – energy, education, development, heritage, oil & gas, health care and infrastructure.
Our clients include PFI funds, main contractors, specialist contractors, material suppliers, developers and cultural institutions. We advise clients on commercial and legal issues arising during project delivery and then, where unavoidable, represent clients in all forms of dispute resolution.
We have substantial experience of adjudication, High Court and Supreme Court litigation and international arbitration.
We are particularly adept at disputes involving issues of delay, payment and final accounts, termination and technical problems.
