Founded in 2016, PriceHubble aims to impact the performance of the financial and real estate industries with innovative digital solutions based on property valuations and market insights.
We advised PriceHubble on their acquisition of Dataloft (now PriceHubble), a UK residential property market intelligence company. Our transactional and specialist teams, led by Alex Kaufmann, worked as one with the sellers and their legal counsel Ralf B. to get this challenging deal over the line.
Our M&A expertise was called upon again to support PriceHubble’s further expansion into the UK market, with a second strategic acquisition of When Fresh Limited (now PriceHubble), a UK residential property data bureau.
To navigate the challenges at play, we assembled a full-service support team to coordinate cross-border complexities like non-cash considerations, drawing on our specialist expertise in tax, employment and IP, as well as liaising with overseas jurisdictions relating to the roll-up of the sellers into the buyer's ultimate Swiss parent company.
