About
I am a corporate partner with specialist expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and investment funds.
I am a partner in Fladgate’s corporate team. I specialise in M&A, Joint Ventures and Investment Funds.
I like to provide clear commercial advice to clients on transactions that are often complex, multi-faceted or cross-jurisdictional. I approach deals by thinking commercially, anticipating issues and solving problems, and I really enjoy working on complex deals with fast moving sophisticated clients.
Legal500 has ranked me as a Leading Individual for M&A transactions. They have referred to me as a "quick thinker with very good people skills" and as someone who has "an exceptional understanding of the nuances of transactions."

Experience
- Advised Larchpoint Capital, a private equity manager, on a series of fund and other transactional mandates.
- Advised Azur on the sale of its insurance business to Aviva.
- Advised PCB Litigation on an investment from Burford Capital - an innovative transaction in the legal services sector - and its merger with law firm Byrne & Partners, as well as on a series of other law firm transactions and mergers.
- Advised Lincoln Private Investment Office, a multi-family office, as well as several other family offices, on their investments into various investment funds.
- Advised a number of international corporations and businesses on their activities and deals in the UK, including Sierra Nevada Corporation, Targus, Healthmark, Diodes, Aalberts and DSS+.
- Advised various US private equity firms, including Gallant and Rockbridge, on a series of UK-related transactions.
