We’ve been a part of the BeyondPlay journey since the company’s incorporation in 2020, working closely with their founder Karolina and her team on two funding rounds, corporate structuring and a variety of other commercial agreements; so, it was natural that we would help guide BeyondPlay into their next chapter.
When the acquisition opportunity arose, things happened fast. Balancing numerous stakeholder interests and complex regulatory matters in a short timeframe required careful coordination and highly tailored solutions.
