Fladgate has advised online gaming start-up BeyondPlay and its founder, Karolina Pelc, on its €1.5m seed investment round led by LeoVentures (the corporate ventures arm of LeoVegas). BeyondPlay is the gaming industry’s first B2B solution with an SaaS model that makes it possible to offer a gaming experience in multiplayer mode. Karolina is one of the leading innovators and thought leaders in the field of casino innovation.
This is an excellent example of our venture capital team’s recent work, as we were able to deliver complex advice within a tight timeframe and cost budget, and to adapt our advice to the particular commercial dynamics of the transaction.
