PCB Litigation LLP (PCB) and Byrne and Partners LLP, both disputes law firms, have agreed to merge to form PCB Byrne LLP with effect from 1 April 2021. The intention is for PCB Byrne to become the “go-to” firm for disputes and litigation across civil, criminal and regulatory sectors.
We advised PCB on all legal aspects of the merger.
