PCB Litigation LLP (PCB) and Byrne and Partners LLP, both disputes law firms, have agreed to merge to form PCB Byrne LLP with effect from 1 April 2021. The intention is for PCB Byrne to become the “go-to” firm for disputes and litigation across civil, criminal and regulatory sectors.
We advised PCB on all legal aspects of the merger.

This merger follows on from our advising PCB in June 2020 on an innovative investment from Burford Capital.
