About

I am an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team, with a focus on contentious trusts and estates both on and offshore. I have a particular specialism in advising executors and trustees on contested administrations but also act regularly for beneficiaries and settlors.

Despite being a litigator, my aim is to help clients avoid litigation. Of course, sometimes litigation cannot be avoided. Where this is the case, I aim to resolve disputes swiftly and to my client’s benefit.

I advise private individuals and professional trustees on a range of cross-border estate and trust disputes. In particular, I have experience in acting for professional trustees and administrators, often against a backdrop of contention from beneficiaries, to ensure estates and trusts are being administered properly. My expertise in this area also benefits my clients who are beneficiaries in such disputes. Given my expertise regarding trustees’ and executors’ duties, I can easily identify where these duties have failed to be met.

I am a full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the Contentious Trusts Association.

Outside of the office, I enjoy countryside walks with my dog and also attempt to play a bit of cricket when (if) it isn’t raining…!
