About

I am an associate in the Corporate department advising on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and general corporate governance.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2022, I joined the Fladgate team in 2024. My experience so far is broad and includes mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate governance matters. This has involved acting for private and listed companies, private equity houses, entrepreneurs and management teams.

Understanding the focus of a business and its stakeholders is something I particularly enjoy, especially when we can work together to deliver legal solutions that help achieve those commercial objectives.

Outside of the office, I have a keen interest in arts & culture and aim to be a committed runner (injuries and other excuses permitting). They’re pursuits that help distract from the rollercoaster of being a full time Tottenham supporter.
