I specialise in family law, including divorce and relationship breakdowns, cohabitation, jurisdictional disputes, children issues and pre and post nuptial agreements.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and joined Fladgate in 2014.

My practice encompasses all aspects of private family law. I have particular experience advising on complex financial issues resulting from a relationship breaking down. Often these may involve highly valuable assets, offshore trusts or corporate entities. I am committed to achieving the best outcome for my clients, whether that means settlement outside of the court process or litigating within it.

I have expertise in advising clients on issues relating to children. This includes contact arrangements, residence, international relocation and child abduction. I work with clients to sensitively resolve what are often complex and protracted disputes concerning children.

I have also advised on claims brought under the Inheritance Act 1975 and contested probate matters.

Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my young daughter, as well as hill walking, skiing and scuba diving (although significantly less of the latter three since the arrival of my daughter!). I also volunteer as a family law advisor for the charity, ‘Rights of Women’.

Advising on a multi-jurisdictional (Russia, France, Switzerland and UK) pre nuptial agreement where our client had assets in excess of $500 million.
Acting for a client in a complex dispute concerning the division of assets on divorce, where the assets were based offshore and held via various trust and corporate entities.
Urgent advice, including commencing court proceedings for a parent whose two children had been abducted by their other parent, with the children successfully being returned to our client.
Acting for a parent in a complex child dispute involving allegations of abuse and parental alienation. Successfully achieving a Court Order awarding our client sole residence of the child.
