Fladgate has advised SILCS Solutions Limited on all legal aspects of its UK launch of “ChargeBolt”.
With over 250 locations from their soft launch in the UK, ChargeBolt provides free countertop docking stations for customers to rent a power bank, charge their devices on-the-go and return it to another location - just like the shared bikes. Their sustainability arm recently launched Charge4Good, pledging 5% of revenue from their corporate partners to go towards a charity of their choice or CSR initiative they’re working on.
