Top 50 UK law firm Fladgate has advised the shareholders of Stoke based project manager and costs consultancy Prosurv on its sale to Cumming, the global project management consultancy. Corporate partner Ian Brent led the Fladgate team including corporate assistants Ellie Green & Diana Mennie, tax partner Hamilton Forrest and employment partner Michael McCartney.
Prosurv is one of the UK’s most respected project management and construction cost consultancies. The multi-award-winning company provides project leadership for clients throughout the entire construction lifecycle. It is leading some of the highest profile education, residential, retail, mixed-use, renewable, hospitality, infrastructure and brownfield land regeneration projects currently under development in the UK.
Cumming is an international project and cost management firm with 29 US and 4 international offices. Its portfolio includes assignments in the healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality, retail, entertainment and high-end residential sectors totalling more than $300 billion in project value.
Fladgate is an 80 partner, multi-specialist law firm which is over 250 years old. Its corporate team has been consistently ranked in the highest tier for M&A deals of under £50m.
