We also act for clients in the online retail and ecommerce space. Our clients include ecommerce companies, brands selling via both Amazon FBA and DTC, ecommerce and Amazon aggregators, as well as sellers and aggregators of ecommerce services and software (SaaS) businesses. We regularly act on sales and acquisitions in this space, as well as on commercial contracts, IP/IT and other day-to-day legal issues.
