  1. Family Associate, 3-6PQE, London

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and market leading Family Team, which sits within both our Dispute Resolution and Private Wealth groups. The Family Team has more than doubled in size within the last 13 months and we are now seeking a 3-6 PQE Associate to be part of it's growth story. The Fladgate Family team is ranked Tier 2 for matrimonial finance in the Legal 500, and Band 2 for matrimonial finance (HNW) in Chambers & Partners.

    This role will be supporting the partners within the busy team. The ideal candidate will be able to combine excellent technical and legal knowledge/experience in HNW Family Law, with all the ‘human touch’ that is required from a Family lawyer. The candidate’s experience will need to cover all that a HNW family practice offers – to include financial remedies, private children law and protective orders such as non-molestation and occupation orders. Experience in surrogacy and/or adoption is a bonus, and not a must.

    Our ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE within a dispute resolution department and specific experience within insurance coverage disputes (ideally with policyholder experience, but we will also consider lawyers with coverage experience insurer side).
