Attracting and Keeping Talent

Fladgate’s single-minded approach to keeping things personal means we seek an unlimited partnership with our people and our clients. Our ability to deliver personal, agile, clever and enterprising service differentiates us. We know this because our clients consistently tell us this is the case.

That’s why we put huge focus on the care and attention necessary to attract and keep the very best talent - our success depends on building a strong and diverse team. So, for example: we commit to making sure you will be interviewed by male and female team members; if you are a lawyer you will always meet a Head of Department; and if you are a Partner you can expect to spend time with our Senior Partner.

I have to say, I’ve had a really great interview process with the Fladgate team. I really appreciated the opportunity to meet some of the associates for an informal chat before making my decision. The recruitment process was extremely efficient and interactive.
