• Advising Turkish packaging group on a £600m inward investment project, including the acquisition of a newspaper manufacturing plant and the conversion of the facility to containerboard production
• Advising in connection with a shareholder dispute between the founders and institutional shareholders of a major Turkish conglomerate and with subsequent group restructuring
• Acting for a Turkish family office in the acquisition of a £75m plus real estate investment portfolio
• Acting for a prominent Turkish group in establishing a UK manufacturing joint venture with local partners and dealing with post-completion financing; acting in the subsequent acquisition of an independent UK manufacturer in the same sector, transaction values exceeding £50m
• Advising on Islamic financing for a £50m property investment portfolio for Turkish family office
